Last week in my blog, I have written about building a perfect physique technique for the skinny guys. Now, I would like to add more updates, and trust me there is more to come. This week, our main focus would be on conditioning the physique before hitting the main program i.e, getting the body prepared for the battle ahead. No battle was ever won without a proper plan and proper implementation. One has to know his limits, though overtraining and muscle fatigue might lead to serious damage to the muscle tissue, this could be avoided by properly conditioning the physique prior to the main program.
Basic compound exercises have a great benefit to the core of the body. It makes sure the whole muscular structure works in a symphony to perform a particular exercise with a proper form of techniques. Some basic core strengthening exercises are:
1. Pull ups
2. Push ups
3. Ab crunches
6. Jump rope
The newbie has to make sure that they included the proper combination of exercises and in proper sets. By “set”, I mean a number of repetitions one is able to perform an exercise and repeat it three times. In short, one must perform each exercise of each set, each containing the comfortable number of repetitions.
This regime could be followed for at least three weeks, assuming that one is exercising five days a week and making sure that each of the above-mentioned exercises is covered at least twice a week. Here is the best part – do what works for you. But make sure you stick to the plan.
One must maintain a high protein diet, which includes egg whites, lean meat such as chicken, turkey, tuna, salmon and etc. Do not forget the magic ingredient, which is water and make sure to drink at least a gallon a day.
Tip for the day: Never ever miss a breakfast.
