Vegetarian Food is something which I truly believe in from the day I was born. In my last guest post, I was asked by one of our visitors, why I believe that consuming vegetables is good, but killing animals is not? Whereas, both of these are living organisms. I truly appreciate that call from my reader. I agree, green plants and vegetables do have lives as well and its not good to cut and kill them as well. But I also know that in order to survive in this world, one has to eat food, drink water and breathe fresh air. Out of these 3 even, if 1 is missing I don’t think anyone can survive. So my question to that user is to give me 1 option of food, that does not involve in living organism. I know so far we don’t have that option at all. So I believe that at least we can be considerate and not kill actual animals for fulfilling our needs on this earth.
In this last week, I have posted so many vegetarian recipes on my site, starting from appetizers like upma, pauva, kachoris, dhokla to some main course items like gujarati dish, vegetable sandwich, to desserts like moong dal halwa, sooji halwa, kansar and many more. My recipes are very quick and easy to follow and also are prepared by keeping healthy options in mind. I truly believe that eating healthy and staying healthy should be every person’s motto in life. Some people live to eat and to be honest, I completely believe in that as well. However, we should never forget to make sure food can let us survive, but it can also become chronic if you don’t follow some healthy habits not only in your daily routine life like exercises and all but also while cooking too. I have shared some of the healthy tips for cooking vegetarian recipes. I am sure if you follow them in your daily life, it will help you not only in enjoying all these vegetarian delicacies, but also help you to stay healthy and happy.
In this week, I have also concentrated on sharing some of my grandma and mom’s tips and tricks to help women in their kitchen with some tips to follow and fix some blunders in kitchen. I inherited those while I was in India with my parents and I still remember those when I spoil something in my kitchen.
In the upcoming weeks, you’ll see some exciting discussions on why vegetarian, following by new recipes on breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and desserts. Wish me good luck and if you have any suggestions, feedback or reviews please feel free to put a comment on any of my posts.
