The Power of a Blog Network – Part 2 of 2

I promised in The Power of a Blog Network “ part 1 of 2 that I would tell you how much the network made and from where as a result of the network working together last week.

The time period was  – 3/14-3/20

Here is a screen shot from of BBE -

Google Adsense made us about 75% more than that for the week – $732

Our in-text provider made about 75% of that – $375

And our fourth advertiser made about the same as the in-text – $375.

Does somebody have a calculator? Total is $1952.

Not bad for one week, eh?

The network played a large part in the earnings. The interlinking, the cross-referencing, the sending of traffic from one site to the other all played a part in increased traffic which led to more revenue.

Now, I said all this and wrote all this not to blow my own horn, but to try to emphasize that if you have a blog and are NOT part of a network of other bloggers, you have a long long road ahead of you. Join a blog network.

And just because you are part of a network, it won’t mean you will suddenly start earning hand over fist, but the network will give you a jump start and more opportunities.

Here is another post I wrote that is relevant – 5 reasons to write for a blog network instead of going it alone.

I can help you become part of a network of bloggers.

I will be speaking some 8 times between now and July – see upcoming Workshops.

At each of these workshops there will be plenty of opportunities to network with other bloggers and/or become part of my network. Some of the engagements are FREE.

Here’s the next one AND it is FREE.

March 30th in Campbell, CA

How much traffic, which advertisers I used to make $500 in one day on my blogs

Or you can contact me for Blog Consulting.

Whatever means you choose…find a network that will have you. And get in it.

Next post – What is the criteria for whether or not a blog network will want you?
