Where can I get real feedback about my blogging and business ideas?
Often when I speak I ask the question, “How many of you here want feedback about your blog, your writing or your business?”
Invariably all the hands go up.
“No, you don’t want feedback. You just want people to say nice things to you.”
Polite laughter, chuckles follow and then the realization that what I said is true.
Where can I, you, the blogger, the business owner get real feedback?
I have a place. And I offer it to members of my subscription service.
I have a network of 12 Meetups that have nearly 4000 members. They are business owners, bloggers, writers, start uppers, marketers and so on.
Bloggers and business owners in my business blogger subscription network have the option to present their idea to the entire group. It comes with the $20/month.
I belong to a research network and I get pinged every now and then to participate in a project. I got $500 for participating in a Microsoft phone survey….took the $500 and bought my Droid Razr.
Last month I took the train to San Francisco to participate in a software review. They overbooked people and sent me home with another $500.
People want/need real feedback.
I offer my members a way to get feedback on their blog and business idea for a whopping $20/month. And gosh, there is business/clients/leads to be got as well.
Go ahead and join. You know you want to.
